Fix for failure to install nova-compute-kvm

As part of bug #1712937, the etc/apt/sources.list were updated with some repos
which cause a failure to install nova-compute-kvm. Due to this, the ansible
tasks to configure /etc/libvirt/qemu.conf fails. Removing the unnecessary lines
and retaining only the required ones.
