Regarding the bug with nova-compute https://bugs.launchpad.net/juniperopenstack/+bug/1581571.
I tried the installation with ubuntu 14.04.2 as the base OS. Package "libnl-3-200” with version 3.2.21-1 comes with trusty so I didn’t face the issue mentioned in the bug.
I see that your setup has higher version of this package 3.2.21-1ubuntu1, I guess that is the reason you are seeing the issue.

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 libnl-route-3-200 : Depends: libnl-3-200 (= 3.2.21-1) but 3.2.21-1ubuntu1 is to be installed

Could you please check the base OS version in your setup?
