Bootstrapping with the agent-version set results in the controller getting the agent that matches the client, not the requested agent-version. This seemingly worked in 2.0.0/1 (see bug 1639291), but not in 2.0.2, or in later releases (I encountered on 2.0.2, 2.1.2 and 2.2-alpha1).
