This issues must have been addressed as part of resource performance improvements that went in since this report was filed.

I can no longer reproduce it with 2.1 tip (heading into 2.1.0 final), LXD 2.4.1. There are no "resource-get" hook errors in logs on charm deployment. I have deployed cs:etcd-23.
