Comment 0 for bug 1444376

When using juju-deployer is used in debug mode to deploy charms from local branches an error is reported:

2015-04-15 09:38:43 [ERROR] deployer.charm: Service: ceilometer has neither charm url or branch specified

but this is a valid deployment option and shouldn't not be logged as an error.
