Comment 16 for bug 1607749

After further investigation, I managed to successfully bootstrap with a beta14 client and --upload-tools. The behaviour described above is as expected for the upgrader worker, but the discrepancy between the agent config's recorded version (2.0-beta12) and the uploaded tools version (2.0-beta12.1) turns out to be already fixed with bug 1605050, of which this bug is a duplicate.
