Comment 6 for bug 1468579

I have not used linux much. But I am stuck at the same error mentioned in this thread. My juju version is -

1.24.3-vivid-amd64

And below is the output that I am getting when I do "juju bootstrap". How do I go about debugging this issue. I have seen the troubleshooting videos for juju and also the documentation but I am not finding a solution to the error below -

I am trying to install juju charms so that I can write a charm but because of this error I am not able to proceed. The linux version that I am using is
