@olutayo: Given that this is a bootstrap issue, there is of course no existing Juju deployments to upgrade.
The fix will be in the next release of 1.24 and also in 1.25.0. If you are using the Juju stable PPA you'll see the update once the new version is released.
Additionally, if you urgently need a custom Juju build with this fix I can provide it for you. Let me know.
