Bug Description
OS: Windows 7 profesional 32bit, Norwegian
Computer Is part of a domain.
Inkscape version: r10939
Steps to reproduce:
* Make a link to Inkscape on desktop (or where you find it apropriate)
* Right click the link and check "Run as administrator". Don't touch other oprions. Click OK.
* Run Inkscape by clicking on the link.
* In inkscape - go to File -> Import
* select any graphic file (bmp, jpg, png. . .)
Inkscape will stop responding.
However, when Inkscape is running normally, bug #871792 prevents me from saving anything.
