Hi Andreas, I cannot reproduce your problem with the latest source version:

$ cd build
$ make -j8 && ./bin/inkscape -z -D --file=/home/max/code/inkscape/fixed-bug-1417470/regression/test.svg --export-pdf=test.pdf --export-latex
