2017-07-12 VictorWestmann - When this happens you can always recenter the visualization of your objects in Inkscape by doing Ctrl + A and then 3 (it will select all objects visible in the active layer and then make them centered in the screen and then full size). Does this work/help?
I love the possibility to draw outside of the canvas. It is extremely handy for me.
