[Impact]
AMD Raven Ridge's audio controller doesn't get runtime suspended. It consumes unnecessary power.
[Test]
With the patch, it can get runtime suspended and save ~1W for the system.
It can also get runtime resumed correctly when doing audio input/output.
[Fix]
Add AZX_DCAPS_
[Regression Potential]
Low. This change limits to Raven Ridge's audio controller.
