Comment 27 for bug 16492

I don't think that hiding a pointer when it does not disturb your vision is a good idea. For example now I am typing in this field and I find it's quite an advantage to see where the pointer actually is. At least hiding shouldn't be default behavior, people who really need this functionality will find it in the options.
