Just taken a look at version 3.12.2 hp-officejet_pro_l7600.ppd file and yes the same bug exists.

How very odd even after all this time the file has not been updated.

I attach my ppd file that is working, versioning is 3.10.9-beta

I labeled the version beta as i was testing it. After using it i can confirm it works.

You can install it using CUPS WEBUI localhost:631 work perfect with hplip-3.11.1 as this is the version i am using.
