Comment 36 for bug 1775170

I did a bit more investigating and it seems to me like the contents of the defined memcached server can influence the generation of the javascript in '/var/lib/openstack-dashboard/static/dashboard/js'

Is that assumption correct? If so, maybe the collect/compress should flush the memcached contents?
