My apologies for the delay!
Attached is a sample of my QIF files format. I have opened it to change the
descriptions to anonymise it, then saved the file.
This might make a difference, I don;t know

My PC runs Win10 Pro 64 bit
My Region is United Kingdom, Language is UK English, time zone is UTC+0:00
