 The api-ref[1] for the following REST call should clarify that for /v1/​
{tenant_id}​/stacks/​{stack_name}​/resources the canonical URL will only
be returned for non-deleted stacks, and the /v1/​{tenant_id}​/stacks/​
{stack_name}​/​{stack_id}​/resources form should be used to fetch the
resource list of deleted stacks.
