I too would like to see this functionality implemented:

- Configure Gwibber to post as a page by default (as opposed to your personal profile)
- Configure Gwibber to notify page events (posts, messages, subscriptions, etc) as opposed to my full personal stream.

That way, Gwibber would be very useful to manage FB accounts in a professional context.
