nova-grenade-multinode is passing on stable/vicrotia|wallaby etc as this extension was not enabled in devstack side which is wrong and so it did not run the trunk test.

The below series enable this extension on devstack stable branches so that grenade job can run the test and then test it with the grenade fix https://review.opendev.org/q/topic:%22bug%252F1945346%22+(status:open%20OR%20status:merged)
