Comment 0 for bug 15436

I'm in a 100 Mbit - LAN. When the connection idles for a while, the Network part
of the applet gets rescaled so that when you mouseover, it shows nearly 100%
usage and makes you think a trojan is sending your whole harddisk to someone ;-)
In the "preferences" I can't find nothing to disable this rescaling, so in my
opinion it's clearly a bug, because it shows wrong values.
