With the changes introduced to both the glance-sync-master-layer and glance-sync-slave-layer both have become dependent on each other. The make sure that the releases in the charm store are compatible it is worth to merge both projects. To a single project, using the template as defined in: https://launchpad.net/template-python-pytest
