[Fuel 8.0 guides] Return Fuel v8.0 guides to stable/8.0

This patch:

- returns Fuel 8.0 Install and User guides to
  the mos-docs stable/8.0 branch, as user may still need
  to install MOS 8 using Fuel 8, but the Fuel Mitaka (upstream)
  guide contains NEW Mitaka articles that are not available
  in Fuel 8.0;
- adapts the Fuel section on the Intro page to adding
  Fuel 8.0 guides;
- removes the Fuel `Developer's Guide` link from the
  'Additional Documentation section (as the link for all
  upstream Fuel content is moved to Intro);
- fixes noticed formatting, grammar mistakes and typos the
  /pdf folder (changes year from 2015 to 2016)
- adds pdf/pdf_mu path to the conf.py file to generate a PDF
  version of MU 8.0.
