Hmm, I'm not sure if this should be fixed in Fogger. It's a trivial fix; Just need to hookup back/forward actions to the buttons but I think it should be handled at a lower level. May be XOrg should automatically send alt+back/alt+forward to apps when these keys are pressed.

You can also assign alt+back/alt+forward to these keys in Gnome Control Center. That way they'll work in almost every app instead of just fogger.
