Comment 74 for bug 125970

I visited a site today which pretty much brought my Firefox to it's knees
(20050117). I made a <a href="http://www.n3t.nl/mozbug/">minimal tescase</a> and
found something weird.

When I was making the testcase with Dreamweaver MX 2004 I found out the
scrolling speed improved. Closing Dreamweaver made it go slow again. Even after
I restarted my computer this behavior continued (having Dreamweaver open in the
background / minimized improved the scrolling speed of this page in Firefox).
Can anybody who has Dreamweaver MX 2004 confirm this?
