roc+moz: I have tried my testcase on Phoenix GTK2, Phoenix GTK nightly
(20030423) and Mozilla nightly (mentioned in prev. comment, 2003042307).
result:
1. my testcase
1a Phoenix GTK2: slows down (as exptected), red div overpaint on XP scrollbar.
1b Phoenix nightly (GTK): no slow down, however, red div still overpaint on GTK
scroll bar
1c Mozilla: no apperant scrolling slowdown, no red div overpaint, works perfectly.
2. texturizer theme page:
2a,b,c all three browser exhibits same problems:
1) it takes me a few clicks to get the menu locked.
2) mouse wheel is unable to scroll the page after the menu is locked (by 2+
clicks), until I have clicked empty area on document.
3) scrolling is slow, jerky, blah blah blah... after the menu has been locked.
