When I click on the 'Report a lsot or stolen device' link I see the following message:
"We need to remove the device from your account to prevent someone using it to gain access to your account. Please phone the IS emergency helpline immediately!"
You may notice that there is no helpline listed (also helpline is not a word, it is 2 words 'help line') - There is no link to a page which has this number and someone in the emergency situation of needing to call this number may find that they are unable to get emergency help.
Also worth noting is that there is no 2F Auth item in the 'login support form' - we should add a 2F Authentication form to the list.
