I'm finding that I'm not able to use a distribution formula to update funds on on-order line items. From the main purchase order page, the distribution formula box is completely greyed out so it can't be used. If you drill down into the line item details, the distribution formula box is available and you can apply the formula. You get the notice that "Distribution formula [name] has been applied." However, the fund isn't ever actually changed.
If others can replicate this, then in conjunction with #1816424 users have no way to edit funds on line items with multiple copies, once the titles have been ordered. It is still possible to use the batch updater to change *all* the funds on all LIDs for a line item, but libraries who use multiple funds under one line item now have no viable way to edit their funds if necessary.
On a 3.2 system.
