What I see in osrfsys.log is posted above. It is retrieving facets, then cstore does a roll back, then cstoreeditor tries a rollback and the transaction is actually gone because cstore already rolled back.
I'll check the postgres logs for errors.
I suspect this may be a case of bug 856811. I'll check the titles, etc., of the bibs in this patron's bag for #.
