Oh, and "report a problem" button all our apps should call "ubuntu-bug <packagename>" instead of simply opening a URL in browser. That's implemented in most GNOME apps in Ubuntu (e.g. Gedit), so I think looking at how they do it and doing the same conditionally (if the apport-specific binaries exist) would be a good idea.
