Firefox Plugin: Not working with FF 3.5

Bug Description

With the new Firefox update I must to bookmark the pages in FF 3.0 to have those bookmarks in the Firefox Plugin, because if I bookmarked a page in FF 3.5 doesn't appear in Gnome do Firefox Plugin.

Installed Firefox 3.5 through the Ubuntu Repository.

There seem to be quite a few problems with the firefox plugin. I'm tagging this with 0.9, so that we make sure to get this fixed.

I'm using Karmic release and it still doesn't work, only for Jaunty + FF 3.0.

Turns out I already have a patch that partially fixes this from when I fixed this bug, https://bugs.launchpad.net/do-plugins/+bug/489648

Bookmarks still aren't being put into folders, and I haven't figured out why yet.

The Firefox plugin seems to be working fairly well on Fedora with do-plugins 0.8.3.1 and Firefox 4.0 RC1. =)
