Key points that should be answered by a Guide covering URL Dispatcher are not clear enough. For example it is unclear whether and how this can be used to launch another app with arbitrary content.

Other issues :
* It refers to the "Platform API". This dos is in the Ubuntu App Platform section and there is an API subsection. I do not find any Platform API covering URL Dispatcher here.
* It seems QML/C++ focused to the exclusion of other app toolkits (HTML5)
* Application URLs vs Base URLs needs better clarity
* A working example is needed that demonstrates core functionality
