It has been proposed to change S31umountnfs.sh to K14umountnfs.sh in /etc/rc0.d and /etc/rc6.d. For me that works fine, but I am not shure that it can't create inconveniences in other cases. Please have a look at this simple workaround whether it can be recommended.
