Scott, the main problem is not with the web UI, but with the Funambol component that manages syncing with phones: the web UI part is just a reflection of that. The Funambol data definition cannot be changed, because it interacts with hundreds of different phone kinds out there, that's why we need two fields rather than one for the "street" part of the address.
