This test uses: 'ROLLBACK TO SAVEPOINT' statements on regular basis. When I changed the test grammar so that such ROLLBACKS are not issued, the test was passing successfully.

Looks like the smoking gun lies somewhere in the dark dungeons of rollback processing.
