I was not able to identify a particular query. If I remember correctly, this occurred during a relatively large number of REPLACE INTO statements.
I do not have core-dumps enabled. I can enable them, but I have not been able to replicate it since this happened the first time.
I have not upgraded to 5.5.28 at the moment.
