Just a note that regression testing ran successfully on Jan 10 2020 against rocky-proposed:

 - Failed: 1
Sum of execute time for each test: 511.7482 sec.

Note the failure is a known issue with tempest.api.identity.v3.test_domains.DefaultDomainTestJSON.test_default_domain_exists [1].
