Several strings are not translatable

Bug Description

Version: 1.0-3.1~ppa1~maverick

The following strings don't exist in translation template:

Command List

Edit

All the tooltips (at least 8 of them)

Tab {0,1,2...}

When entering a command, use... (the long text that user faces when trying to add a new command)

Furthermore, I'd like to see the contents of User Input and Description fields translatable.
