Having same problem... all Google related non-functional... ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR... same as in Feb. 2016 after libnss3 update.

Still not fixed after new 12.04 download 7-14. This bug shows it as "fix released" at the top of this page. Is it required to start a new bug report even if the bug seems the same?
