Ceph should support deployments on different L3 networks. At the moment, one can only specify one network for both ceph-cluster-network and ceph-public-network. Since Ceph OSDs can be deployed in different L3 networks, one should be able to configure these two config options in a way to support multiple networks. Something like:

ceph-public-network: 172.16.1.0/24 172.16.2.0/24
ceph-cluster-network: 192.168.1.0/24 19.2168.2.0/24
