We have a serious problem with the interaction on the sign-up page particularly relating to the password validation.

Users do not read the in context text telling them what the password format should be.
The strength indicator works very nicely but is not the reason most people's passwords don't pass the test and the sign up fails.

This is likely to be stopping many people from signing up to SSO and we need to have a discussion about this before we begin implementing a solution.
