Bug Description:
The password strength indicator is in English only.

OS:
64bit lucid

Browser:
Chromium 5.0.375.99 (51029) Ubuntu 10.04

Problem URL:
http://ec2-184-73-98-244.compute-1.amazonaws.com/

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Goto http://ec2-184-73-98-244.compute-1.amazonaws.com
2. Login and select a language other than English
3. Type one letter into the Password note that the indicator is in English still

Expected Result:
I expect the indicator to display the text in the chosen language.
