Music app should start playing music when earphones are plugged again within X seconds.

Product: bq Aquaris E4.5 & E5
FW version: OTA-8 .5

STEPS TO REPRO:
1. Play music with earphones plugged.
2. Unplug the earphones
3. Plug the earphones again

Actual Result:
Music app does not start playing after plugging earphones again.

Expected Result:
Music app should start playing after plugging the earphones again.
