Would you want a link to:
  http://package-import.ubuntu.com/status/

Or one directly to the failing import:
  http://package-import.ubuntu.com/status/php5.html

This particular one looks spurious, since it is getting
"TooManyConnections" in the middle of probing for a branch. Which
hints that it is failing somehow, and then failing again trying to
clean up.
