Comment 6 for bug 539504

Does this also apply when there is only one machine used? I.e. when bzr is used to only version files localy and u1 is used solely for backing up? My common sense understanding is that since u1 is only copying the repository to the cloud and not the other way around (i.e. all changes to files and directories are done locally), there should be no problem then, right?
