Comment 16 for bug 32669

Martin, it no longer gives an error, but it runs 'bzr add' in the target Branch. We do still need a way to say "add this symlink to the containing tree" that doesn't find the branch at "link_to_branch".
The immediate workaround is to just "bzr add" in b1, etc.

I'm guessing this isn't actually In Progress anymore, but should be re-triaged for importance.
