Native Windows (XP)

Local seems to work fine. Haven't tried any other protocols. My
particular use-case is using Bazaar as a VCS for a very disconnected
team, some of whom will be working behind a pretty strict firewall.
Passive FTP seems to be our best, cheapest option for a central repository.

I'm using a cheap FTP ISP's servers -- I have no idea what version
they are using. The host is www.hostmonster.com. I can offer some
space if you'd like to have an area for testing. (My personal domain
hosted by hostmonster is ftp.transient-home-for-bits.info)
