Bug Description

As per the Horizon team's request at the Folsom summit, it would be tremendously helpful to be able to run our selenium tests on the CI infrastructure. This essentially means adding the Selenium server package and Firefox to the build system configurations.

As best I can tell, horizon would like for me to have a selenium server running on port 8000, yeah? If it's there, the test suite will just automagically do all of the right things?

Add framework for selenium tests on test slaves.

    Fixes bug #996190

Add framework to run selenium tests on the test slaves. This includes
installing the firefox and Xvfb packages, wrapping Horizon selenium
tests with a script that creates an Xvfb X server, and running the
Horizon selenium tests as check tests. The framework assumes selenium
tests will use the WebDriver API and not need any other pieces of
    selenium (No selenium server etc).
