custom watches in gerrit are getting removed

Bug Description
I log into gerrit and go to https:/
Put openstack/keystone in the "project name" box. Hit Watch. Tick the three checkboxes for the email notifications.
Browse away from the page and return to it, the keystone watch is still there.
An hour or two later, return to find the watch is gone.
Some cronjob overwriting it somehow?
