[breadcrumb] doesn't update when following in panel links

This bug was fixed in the package gnome-control-center - 1:3.3.90-0ubuntu2

  * debian/patches/lp829673_hide_nm-applet.patch:
    - dropped (design decision), hiding system indicators is not
      something most user do and doesn't require a visible ui element,
      the gconf key is still available though
  * debian/patches/96_sound_nua_panel.patch:
    - backported upstream fix for balance use on mouse wheel
    - changed the tabs order, sound effects is not the most important one
    - updated to r261
