Bug Description

NetworkManager in Ubuntu now will use dnsmasq as a resolver, and uses /var/run/nm-dns-dnsmasq.conf as the --conf-file argument for dnsmasq. The dnsmasq profile should be updated to include:
  /{,var/}run/nm-dns-dnsmasq.conf r,
